There is a rule of the government that pension of disabled persons will be given at doorstep. However, an old handicapped man Narayana swain (72year old) from Pipili block, he has to run from Panchayat office to bank to get pension.
In Bhubaneswar Pandakudia Basti resident of Mohan Kumar Singh (50 year old) has spent the last three years living under the tarpauin. People said that his name listed in Rajiv Gandhi Awas survey and Usha Survey but he has still not given awas yet. He also did not get ration from 3 years because he was lost their Ration card in Phani cyclone.
