Santosh Kumar Patra is 42 years old, works as a daily labour ,who lives in Balipatna Block, 20 kilometres from Bhubaneswar with his family. Due to Corona, getting work became difficult for him, which made it difficult for him to support his family. He neither got a house nor a toilet from the government scheme.
There are 20 eco-toilets in 5 blocks of Kendrapara district have been closed for 3 years. The Central Government spent 1core 51 lakhs 20 thousand rupees on it.
