The news came from tadikhola village of Dhamunipanga panchayat in Rayagada district that, Puyu Kardaka is a 28-year-old disabled person who lives with his wife and two children.
With the help of some people of the village, he got the Disability certificate after repeatedly going to the block and panchayat office. Still did not get pension or any other government facility yet, after complaints many times in their block.
People do not receive benefits under BSKYE; they must pay their own money for treatment; poor and needy people cannot use the card in an emergency since private hospitals are hesitant to provide treatment under the card.
